Graduate Honored for Union Mentoring Program

Recent automotive graduate from the Class of 2017, Rafael Rodriquez, was honored at the 2017 Teamsters/Sikorsky Career Pathways Union Mentoring Program for his successful participation.

Rafael was selected to intern for the past 2 summers at Sikorsky under mentors Mike Brown and Dave Kristy. The program, in its 16^th year,  provides opportunities for local tech high school juniors to work and build employability and technical skills.

Dennis DJ Yaremich and Joe Grabinski coordinate the program with our schools.

Rafael represented Bullard-Havens and the automotive technology department very well over the past 2 summers and plans to apply for a full time position there. Great job Rafael!
