Bullard-Havens Technical High School is located in Bridgeport, Connecticut. We have approximately 800 students across grades 9-12. We also offer adult education.

At Bullard-Havens Technical High School, students become prepared for the real world in every way possible. They learn high-demand technical skills, take college-prep classes and learn and develop career and employability skills. Bullard-Havens Technical High School teaches our graduates the necessary skills to become successful employees and college students.

Student Workforce

Work-Based Learning (WBL) allows a student to work for an employer during their trade instructional time. Students not only receive credit toward their career technology, but also get paid.

Off-Campus Construction Projects

CTECS has the unique ability to complete construction jobs off-campus, on both residential homes and commercial properties.

On-Campus Services

We offer a wide range of services to the public at a fraction of the market price. Providing students with real projects for real customers here in Connecticut, and delivering high-quality products to them.
