Parents of 9th grade students participated in a presentation about their child's ALEKS Math program.  The parents were able to come in and meet with the freshmen Math Instructors and learn about the importance of the program.

The top 40 seniors in the class of 2018 recently toured the UCONN Storrs campus. Current UCONN students provided detailed tours and lot of important information to our students.

On October 5, 2017, a selection of seniors attended a performance of William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream at The Hartford Stage.

Congratulations to Marisol Rocha-Rodriguez and Carlos Cores, juniors in Sustainable Architecture who were hired as CAD Technicians for Altieri-Sebor-Wieber LLC an MEP firm located in Norwalk, CT through Bullard Haven’s Work Based Learning (WBL) program.

Recent automotive graduate from the Class of 2017, Rafael Rodriquez, was honored at the 2017 Teamsters/Sikorsky Career Pathways Union Mentoring Program for his successful participation.

Travelers Insurance recently donated several used engines and transmissions to Bullard-Havens Technical High School. Travelers had used these components at its “Claims University” located in Bloomfield, CT.

Graduation was held at The Klein Memorial Auditorium on Wednesday, June 14, 2017. The students were so excited to celebrate with their families and friends. We are so very proud of all of our graduates. Congratulations Class of 2017!!

This week, senior, Josilyn Minor received the Bridgeport Rotary Club Service Above Self award as well as a Rotary Club scholarship. Josilyn is an outstanding young woman who is involved in many in-school and out of school organizations.

The 2016-2017 Students of the Month celebrated at a luncheon at 500 Palisade Cafe. The students were recognized for their achievement and received their certificates. Congratulations Student of the Month winners!
